I/we do hereby authorize and fully empower Rabbi Elie Weinstock to act in my place and stead to sell, transfer and assign all Chametz of whatever kinds and nature which I possess, or in which I may have interest, wherever situated, in my residence(s), places of business, or any other location, without reservation and limitation. I further authorize him to lease all places - as he deems fit and proper, for such time which he believes necessary - in which chametz might be found
